'I came in to the school to meet staff regarding a child who I am seeing at the moment and has had a development in her illness, requiring extra support. I just wanted to say what great members of staff you have, they were so responsive and supportive wanting straight away to make a support plan together to support the work I am doing with the child and to think about what the school can do in the short term.'
